It is another accredited and renowned Private University like Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology. American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) is situated at Banani in Dhaka at Bangladesh. This Private University is an independent organization. American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) has its own Board of Trustees. The motto of this Privet University is “WHERE LEADERS ARE CREATED”. American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) was established in 1994 under the Privet University Act, 1992. The founder of this Private University was Dr. Anwarul Abedin. At present time the Vice-Chancellor is Dr. Carmen Z. Lamagna.

Faculty of ARTS AND SOCIAL SCIENCE: Under this faculty two kinds of programs they offer. One is Undergraduate Program and the 2nd is Graduate Program. In the Undergraduate Program they offer three degrees. The programs are 1) Bachelors of Arts in Media and Mass Communication 2) Bachelors of Arts English and 3) Bachelors of Social Science in Economics. The Graduate Program is Masters in Public Health (MPH).
Faculty of Business Administration (FBA): Under this faculty there are also two type of programs 1st is Undergraduate Programs and the 2nd is Graduate Programs. This list of the fees will not effective for the regular students who get admitted before fall 2014-15 semester. According to the university rule or policy all other fees are non-refundable.
