Subjects with E Grade will not be considered 3) Candidates who have completed higher secondary education (12 years of schooling) under a system different from SSC & HSC or O & A-Levels will have to get approval of the Admission Committee of the University.

4) students those who have passed from abroad have to submit verified/attested copies of previous academic documents from their institute/Foreign Ministry & Equivalence Certificate from Secondary & Higher Secondary Education Board, Dhaka 5) Subject requirements for particular program. 6) students those who want to study in Engineering and Physical Sciences (EEE, ECE, CSE, APE & PHY) must have minimum B grade in Physics & Mathematics at HSC or minimum C grade in Physics & Mathematics at A-Levels. students for B.Sc. in Computer Science and B.Sc. in Mathematics must have minimum B grade in Mathematics at HSC or minimum C grade in Mathematics at A-Levels 7. students for B.Sc. in Electronic & Communication Engineering and Electrical & Electronic Engineering having Physics and Mathematics but not Chemistry at HSC or A-Levels must take an inhibitory course on Chemistry in addition to the courses required for the program

8) The students those who want to study in B.Sc. in Biotechnology and Microbiology have to contain minimum C grade in Biology and Chemistry at HSC/A-levels. Students those who don’t have Mathematics at HSC/A-levels, they must have to take an inhibitory course on Mathematics in addition to the courses required for the program 9) Students those who want to study in Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) should have minimum B grade in Biology and Chemistry at HSC and SSC levels and C grade in Biology and Chemistry at A and O-Levels. Candidates not having Mathematics at HSC/A-Levels must take a remedial course on Mathematics in addition to the courses required for the program.

Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Apparel Merchandising (Day & Evening): Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Apparel Merchandising is a very important subject of BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT). Objectives: Post Graduate Diploma in Manufacture Technology (AMT) is an extensive course specially designed for those students who want to pursue their career as merchandisers. This is also a 42 credits course. To complete this course students have to prepare the participants to know about the detail of Woven, Knitwear, and Sweater Merchandising. The students will also know about the theoretical and practical issues of the RMG sector. This will make them competent and confident to work in RMG related sectors.

The total credits of this subject will be also 42. The duration is of this program 1 Year two semesters of 6 months each which is spring and fall. The eligibility criteria will be graduate or equivalent degree from any recognized university at home and abroad, and admission test score. Grading Policy is established as per UGC approved university grading policy. Minimum passing grade for APM certificate will be CGPA of 2.50in a scale of 4.00. The degree requirement must be completed within Six months for every student. The admission fee of this program will be TK.7, 000 which is not refundable. The tuition fee per credit hour will be Tk.2000.
