The rent fee of the regular picnic spot is BDT 90,000 per day and it has a capacity of maximum 300 persons which consists of non AC room, Eco Picnic Shade, Big Play Ground, kids’ Zone, Boating, Car Parking. On the other hand the Exclusive picnic spot is situated at the west side of Chuti resort. The rent fee of the Exclusive picnic Spot is BDT 100,000 per day and the capacity of the spot is maximum 120 persons which including the facilities of 1 AC Family Cottage, Royal Cottage, Tent Zone, Bird House, Boating, Lake view Eco shade, Play Ground, kids’ Zone, Car Parking. Here we like to inform you that the authority will ready to serve you the customized food and outside foods are not allowed inside the “Chuti Resort & Picnic Spot”.

Check in time is 12:30 pm and check out time is 12:00 pm respectably. There you can get Single mattress at taka 700/=and Double mattress at taka 1000/=.
